Google has several free tools to help our chapters. Below are a few of them with brief video clips. (The sound may not be the best, however the clips show the steps, and we are learning with the Citrix webinar tool.)

Google Documents

Purpose:

Share documents between BOD members and collaborate.

And

Publish documents and link to website for people with name and password to update.

Google Calendar

Purpose:

Update calendar to be viewed by the world. May also include meeting agenda, education outline, and directions/map to the facility. If desired, emails may be sent from the calendar asking people to attend an event.
